Dry body-rich organic white wine from the Ramón Roqueta winery from the Catalunya region in Catalonia, approx. 60 km north of Barcelona.
The Vinya Nostra Xarel·lo has a light yellow color with greenish tints. A fresh, fruity expression of pears, apple and pineapple dominates in the nose. In the mouth, the fruit aromas melt with floral notes, the wine is alive, creamy full -bodied with a long finish that is typical of the grape variety.
Enjoy vinya nostra xarel·lo with fish, seafood and poultry as well as too soft cheese.
The grapes for the Vinya Nostra Xarel·lo grow at a height of 300m on a red clay and calcareous sand on over 30 years old vines. The must becomes steel tanks at 16 ° C, after which the young wine rests a few months before it is filtered and filled. The wine fulfills the EU criteria for organic certification.
