1. Scope of these terms and conditions
1.1 For those between enologia wine, owner: Kenneth Rupar, Am Schleifweg 21, 63225 Langen (Germany) (in the following: Enologia wine), and the contracts concluded (hereinafter referred to as customer), the following general terms and conditions apply exclusively.
1.2 For contracts for the delivery of vouchers, these terms and conditions apply accordingly, provided that something deviating is not expressly regulated.

2.1. Our goods offering on the Internet are not a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract, but a request to submit an order (purchase offer from the customer). The purchase contract is only concluded through an express order confirmation. Please note that your purchase offer is legally binding. 2.2. Storage of the contract text: Your order data will be saved in our house. You can also get all the relevant data of your order by email from your email address, which can also be printed out. 2.3. The contract language is German. 3. Order process You can currently submit your purchase offer in the following way: verbally (at trade fairs and events), by phone, in writing, by email or via our online shop. The data you transmit are only used for the implementation and delivery of your order and not passed on by us to third parties. If you orders via our online shop, proceed as follows: 3.1. Place a product of your choice by means of the "In the shopping cart" button. The content of the shopping cart is displayed in the top of the upper edge on the right side. You can display the "shopping cart" at any time via the "Cart" button. Check your selection. You can increase or reduce the number of bottles by choosing the desired number or change the "+/-" buttons. The shopping cart is then automatically updated. You can also remove individual products from the shopping cart using the "X" button on the left edge. 3.2. You can then continue the purchase ("continue shopping") or you can reach the next field via the "To the checkout" button. 3.3.Here you can either log in as an existing customer or register as a new customer and open up a new account. After you are registered in the system, you can via the "To the cash register" button to the next field. 3.4. Here you have the option of selecting the desired shipping method. After confirming our general terms and conditions, you will reach the next field. 3.5. Now you can select between the two payment methods ("Payment by bank transfer" or "Payment by PayPal" or "Payment by credit card").
3.6. Check or change your order by selecting the order fields. If changes are necessary, you can do this at any time of the order task. Shipping costs Up to an order value of EUR 125.00, we charge EUR 6.90 of proportional shipping costs. From an order value of EUR 125.00, we send free house within Germany. The deliveries are made at the time of the order shipping conditions to the delivery address provided by the customer. 7.2. The delivery takes place by parcel service. If the customer is delayed or culpably violates other obligations to cooperate, Enologia wine is entitled to request the damage caused by this, including any additional expenses. If you are not a consumer, the delivery and dispatch take place at your risk. 8. Right of withdrawal for consumers Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a legal right of withdrawal. Transport damage If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such errors as soon as possible with the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and its enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance. 11. Packaging regulations According to the packaging regulations, we will inform youthat our company is properly certified and we pay license fees for the packaging brought in circulation. Reference to title We reserve ownership of the delivered item until all claims from the delivery contract. 13. Warranty In all goods from our shop, legal warranty rights consist. 14. If the customer is an entrepreneur, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes from contractual relationships between the customer and enologia wine is the court responsible for our headquarters in Langen. 14.2. Regardless of this, we are entitled to comply with our customers at another legal place of jurisdiction. 14.3. On the other hand, if the customer is a consumer within the meaning of the BGB, the following applies: - Laws of Enologia -Wein against the consumer must be collected in accordance with the statutory place of jurisdiction in accordance with Section 13 of the ZPO. 15.
