Prohom Experience Negre

Main dry Spanish organic red wine from the Celler Coma d'en Bonet winery from the Terra Alta region in Catalonia, approx. 180 km west of Barcelona.
The Prohom Experentia Negre is round and full -bodied, with scents of strawberries and cherries and a touch of balsamic vinegar. The wine is fruity and structured, with mild acid and well -integrated tannins. The departure is long and persistent.
The Prohom Experience Negre is a gastronomic wine, so it fits perfectly with fried or grilled duck and lamb, wild mushrooms or with hearty vegetable dishes.
The Garnatxa Negra vines for the Prohom Experience Negre were planted in 1990, the Carinyena as early as 1978 the Syrah vines in 1994 and the Cabernet Sauvignon vigne in 1996. With a plant density of approx. 2,800 vineyards / ha, there is an average yield of 5,500 kg grapes / ha.
During the first two weeks in September 2019, the grapes were harvested by hand, brought to basement and fermented in stainless steel tanks at approx. 24 ° C for 10 days separated. During the first few days of fermentation of the tresterhut, the must be added 2 to 3 times a day to promote the extraction. Overall, the Most is 2 - 3 weeks on the mash, depending on the variety. After the finished wine, the pomace is pressed and some are added to the new wine. The varieties were cut and 10 months were stored in 500 L barrels from French oak (20% new), where biological acid reduction was completed. The finished wine was filled in April 2020, the overall production was approximately 12,500 bottles.
