Vermouth Perucchi Gran Reserva Dorado
The Perucchi Gran Reserva Dorado is a red probably , with at least ripening in the solera process . Its brilliant and intensive red color comes from the herbs, spices and dry fruits that are used, as well as from the long ripening period in oak barrels. The delicate aroma is soft and pleasant, the taste is balanced and slightly bitter. It slowly develops in the glass and then reward them with a nice finish and hints of nuts and almonds.
Enjoy Perucchi Vermouth slightly chilled or with a little ice and a slice orange, optionally with a dash of soda water, as an aperitif accompanied by snacks such as nuts, olives or potato chips or tapas with choirizo sausage or ripening cheese.
